Primeras Abroad is specifically designed for Latina students at USF, ranging from rising freshmen to juniors, who are interested in exploring study abroad opportunities but may not know where to start.
Where is Koret Lodge located?
On the first floor of Lone Mountain (East wing)
What should I bring to the workshops?
We recommend bringing a laptop or tablet. We will provide all other materials for "The Family Pitch" workshop, including the templates for your Family Fact Sheets.
Where can I park?
The event is located at the Koret Lodge (2820 Turk Blvd). While there is limited street parking available around the USF campus, we recommend arriving early or using public transit, as parking in San Francisco can be difficult on weekends.
Is food provided at the event?
Yes! We will start the morning with Convos con Cafe, featuring coffee and pan dulce for all attendees. We will provide light refreshments and bites for a lunch break between the morning and afternoon sessions.
